free gift message service and gift wrapping is available for a small additional charge.
Most items are available from stock and can be embroidered and dispatched for next

If you require your gift for a specific date please consider the guaranteed delivery
Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day
This service is available for an additional cost of £6.95. Orders received before
12 noon are posted the same day (working day) - orders received after 12 noon will
be posted on the next working day. Please note that next day delivery items sent
out on a Friday are guaranteed to arrive on the following Monday (ie next working
day), not Saturday*. A signature will be always be required or the item will be
returned to depot to await collection. Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will
be posted on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
*Saturday Guaranteed Delivery Option
This service is available for an additional cost of £9.95 - items sent on a Friday
for next day guaranteed Saturday delivery. Please note a signature will be required.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail Air Sure (or International Signed For
in those countries which do not operate the Air Sure service) - this is a tracked
delivery system and provides a secure delivery system for international customers.
Delivery times are approximately 3-5 working days depending upon destination.
Please ensure you have given the correct address details.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24hrs of receipt. In addition we offer
a next day delivery service for urgent orders. Orders for next day delivery must
be received before 12 midday.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of non-personalised items, you may return
the unused item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund
or exchange of the item. You will be responsible for paying the return postage cost,
obtaining proof of posting and we also advise that you cover yourself sufficiently
should the item go astray in transit.
All items are checked before they are dispatched. However, in the unlikely event
that the goods are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days at firstname.lastname@example.org
to let us know and we will arrange a full refund or exchange and provide you with
instructions on returning the item. This is all in addition to your statutory rights.
Unfortunately, unless faulty, we cannot accept returns of personalised items. Please
ensure that you have provided us with the correct personalisation details (eg names/dates
etc) as we cannot be held responsible for mistakes once the item has been personalised.
Please do not post items back to us without first informing us so we can give you
a returns number.
Please inform us as soon as possible if you have not received your order and we will
do everything possible to resolve the situation. Before contacting us please check
with Royal Mail that your item is not awaiting collection or redelivery by your local
sorting office (a card may not have been left by the Postman). For items sent with
the free delivery option (Second Class) Royal Mail do not consider items lost until
15 days after the date of posting. We therefore reserve the right to wait 15 working
days from the date of despatch before replacing or refunding missing items.
